香港中文大学医学院开设的公共健康硕士课程注重理论性与实践性统一，旨在提高学生处理当代公共卫士问题的能力。在三大公共健康领域模型的支撑下，拓展学生的公共健康视角，提升学生在公共健康实践中进行有效领导的能力。专业开设方向：流行病学与生物统计学方向、环境或职业健康与传染病方向、卫生系统、政策和管理方向、人口与全球健康方向和健康促进与社会行为方向。
